You have 30 days after you have taken possession of the goods to cancel your order if the goods are closed. Further information can be found in our terms and conditions. Please first notify us of your return by sending an email to info@youglowgirl.ch. Note: A refund can only be made if the return has been clarified with us beforehand.

Please note that we cannot cover the costs of the return shipment. We ask you to pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Before you return the package, you must inform us (e-mail: info@youglowgirl.ch) of your return by means of a clear declaration. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Opened and already used items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited to your account. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@youglowgirl.ch.

Offer items
Refunds can only be made for regular priced items, unfortunately promotional items are excluded from refunds.

Exchange
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an e-mail to info@youglowgirl.ch and send the item to: Albulastrasse 42, 8040 Zurich Altstetten, Switzerland.

Return shipping costs
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

If you are sending an item worth over 50 CHF, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
