1. Client Eligibility

We only accept female clients. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Booking confirmation & preparation

After booking, you will receive an email with preparation details. It is the client's responsibility to read and follow all preparation instructions. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of your service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.

No shows are considered late cancellations and are also charged at 100%.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive 10 minutes late, an extra charge of CHF 5 will apply and your appointment may be shortened to fit within the remaining time.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, an extra charge of CHF 10 will apply and your appointment may be shortened to fit within the remaining time.

If you arrive 25 minutes late or more, the appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full price of the service with no refund. A new appointment will be scheduled if the Artist cannot fit you into the schedule the same day.

5. Bridal Glow (1 Spray Tan)

This service includes one spray tan appointment only. Meaning, if you do not like the color, fail to follow the preparation instructions, or are otherwise dissatisfied, there is no correction possible before your wedding day. We accept no responsibility for poor planning on the client's end.

6. Bridal Glow (2 spray tans)

We strongly recommend our Bridal Glow Package (2 Spray Tans) to achieve the best possible results. This package includes one trial tan and one wedding-day tan.

• No refunds will be issued if you cannot attend the second appointment for any reason.
  
• The package is non-transferable to another client.
  

7. Info for Brides

If you book any other spray tan service (standard, express, sweat-proof etc.), please note:

• These services do not include bridal-specific guidance on how to care for your tan.
  
• Following proper guidance is essential to:
  Avoid staining your wedding dress
  Ensure longevity and evenness of the tan throughout the wedding day
  Prevent color transfer onto skin, clothing, or bedding
  Address special considerations for outdoor weddings or humid climates
  

8. Refunds and Client Responsibility

• No refunds will be given if your expectations are based on unrealistic assumptions.
  
• It is the client's responsibility to ask all relevant questions before the treatment and to ensure they fully understand the scope and limits of the services offered.
  

9. Consultation Policy

If, during the consultation, it becomes clear that a spray tan cannot be performed — for example, due to non-compliance with preparation instructions or incorrect scheduling for the final wedding spray tan — a consultation fee of CHF 40 will be charged (even if a new appointment is booked).

10. Liability

Youglowgirl will not be held responsible for adverse results caused by failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions, changes in skin condition, or any factors outside of our control.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
