1. Moisten the glove slightly.
2. Gently massage the skin with the glove in circular motions – you don't need any additional exfoliating products.
3. For dry areas such as elbows, knees or heels, increase the pressure slightly if necessary.
4. After peeling, rinse the skin thoroughly with water.
5. Gently pat the skin dry with a towel.
6. Then apply a moisturizing lotion or cream.
7. Clean the glove thoroughly after use and allow it to dry thoroughly.
