About The Role
We are looking for a talented Spray Tan Artist to join our team. You’re here to guide our clients on their beauty journey at the youglowgirl Studio & beyond. It’s not just about the service, but about making a client's day through creating and inspiring together. What you will be doing?
- Brand Ambassador: It means looking good and staying positive - every client you approach will see you as the face of our brand. You’re going to love doing all these glow-ups with our luxury solutions, and they’ll love you for making them look amazing
- Consultation: Welcome customers coming in for a beauty transformation, identify their needs, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, whilst carrying out the spraytanning service
- Spraytanning Services: Ensure clients love their spraytan and book repeat appointments. (Full training will be provided to make you a certified Spray Tanning Artist!)
- Content Creation: Capture your day-to-day life as a Spray Tan Artist, take Before/Afters
- Sales Goals: Achieving individual sales goals through cross-selling, making connections with customers, demonstrating and recommending products, carrying out spraytanning treatments and booking repeat appointments
- Teamwork: Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all business needs are met
- Hygiene and Housekeeping: Always maintain immaculate standards of the beauty studio

About You
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
- Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
- Superior attention to detail
- Creative mindset and artistic personality
- Flexible availability across days/hours. Team members will occassionally be required to work Saturdays. We want all of our team to have a good work-life balance, please discuss your availability further during the hiring process
- Fluency in German, Swiss-German and basic English skills are preferred
