Meet Maria...
Get your GLOW ON with our yoga instructor Maria. Maria has always been passionate about movement. After years of practicing in studios and at home she discovered the transformative power of a regular yoga practice and the inner call to teach was born. She has completed a 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Vinyasa Teacher Training at Sanapurna in Zurich. Maria's goal is to send people home after class with a good feeling - physically, mentally and emotionally.
